THE WELLNESS MAMA COOKBOOK

January 6, 2017 Kara Leibowitz

As a mother of six young children and the force behind a thriving online business, Katie Wells knows just how hard it is to maintain a healthy lifestyle while juggling her personal and professional responsibilities.  Now, with THE WELLNESS MAMA COOKBOOK: 200 Easy-to-Prepare Recipes and Time-Saving Advice for the Busy Cook, Katie gives readers an all-access pass lending her expertise and guidance on cultivating personal wellness while navigating the stresses of everyday life.

After confronting her own health struggles and learning about the frightening health statistics concerning the current generation of children, Katie began reevaluating the food she was eating and feeding to her family.  Determined to improve upon the data, Katie started creating wholesome, nutrient-rich meals which avoided refined sugars, saturated fats, and grains – without compromising flavor. She documented her journey on her blog, WellnessMama.com, which grew rapidly as readers flocked to embrace her mission of embarking on—and maintaining—a complete, nourishing, and mindful lifestyle.   THE WELLNESS MAMA COOKBOOK is a compilation of what she’s learned along the way, building upon the perspective that has made Katie one of the most influential people in the health and wellness world.
