We were absolutely thrilled to assist in the production of a cocktail reception to celebrate the launch of Francis Largeman-Roth's new cookbook, Eating in Color: Delicious Recipes for You and Your Family at Neuehouse.

The event, hosted by Austin's own Salt & Co on behalf of the National Mango Board and the Tri-Lamb Group featured canapes utilizing lamb and mango recipes included in the book. Lamb sliders, Mango & Black Bean Salad (on edible spoons), Mustard Crusted Lamb Lollipops with Mango Chutney, Lamb shaped Savory Cheddar Biscuits, mini Coco-Mango Smoothies and Mango Cupcakes were devoured by members of the food media who attended the event.

Attendees received gift bags which included a copy of the book, limited edition letterpress prints and other fun goodies! Here's a look behind the scenes...
